POÈM FRANZÉN

Poèm Franzén (b. 2007, Los Angeles, California) is a Finnish-American artist. He spent his early years in Hollywood before moving to Southern France, where he was home schooled until age seventeen. This unconventional educational path fostered his development across multiple artistic disciplines: he is an author, singer-songwriter, composer and screenwriter. He self-published his debut novel (Natasha’s Tale - Book 1) at the age of thirteen, followed closely by a sequel. Franzén donates a share of these profits to the WWF, in an effort to save endangered species and counter climate change. He is currently in the course of releasing his third book, a work of science-fiction.
Despite his young age, he boasts many years of experience in the musical world; he was only eight when he played the trumpet on tour for the first time, and has been performing on stage ever since.
At present, he is launching his career as a recording singer-songwriter in association with Brooklyn Pearl Records.
Franzén finds inspiration in the works of his contemporaries, driven by a desire to spark hope for the future, however dark, or however uncertain it may seem.
